City Bible Church is excited to host our first Live.Love Christmas event. Partnering with KGW, Zing Toys, Starbucks, and other local businesses, we are working to provide as many families as possible the resource to give their children gifts this Christmas.

On Thursday, December 22nd, we will convert our Rocky Butte Campus into a toy store. You will have the chance to “shop” free of charge for Christmas presents for your children. Each family will be granted one gift per child ages 0-12. Enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate as volunteers provide free gift-wrapping for your selected items.

Your family is eligible for gifts if you can answer yes to at least one of the following questions:

• Do your children receive free or reduced lunch at school?
• Do you currently receive welfare?
• Are both parent(s) unemployed?

Since we have a limited number of gifts in each age group and gender group, applications will be accepted on a first come fist serve basis. All applications are subject to availability of gifts. You must have one application turned in no later than December 10th. Send or deliver your application to the address at the bottom of this letter. Please note, submitting multiple applications may result in your request being rejected. You may also not be signed up with other agencies for a similar program if applying to receive gifts from Live.Love Christmas.

You will be notified in writing by December 15th as to the status of your application and will be assigned a specific pick up time for the day of the event between 1pm and 9pm. If you are selected to receive gifts, you or another member of your household must appear in person on Thursday December 22nd with the following:

• Your confirmation letter
• Proof of Address
• Picture I.D. for yourself and some form of I.D. for each member of your household you want to receive gifts for. Examples: School ID, report card, medical card, etc.
